Whenever additional training is needed - whether that’s due to new market developments, an interest from the employee’s perspective or qualificative gaps - Unit-IT can grant their employees a learning opportunity without financial complications.

Previously, each course would cost 20-30,000 DKK, automatically limiting the number of consultants who could acquire the necessary knowledge. Now, financial concerns are no longer an issue, as the costs have already been covered. If a consultant needs to attend 3-4 courses a year, then that’s what we do.” This approach enables both new and current consultants at Unit-IT to catch up, excel, and deliver the best service possible to customers.
